Saskatchewan Transportation Company (STC) - Saskatoon Passenger Terminal

Upside the cafeteria was open. Also had plugs for battery recharging. Very short stop

We were stopping with the greyhound there, which was late and a guy behind the counter was so unnecessary rude when i asked him something.. As if he lost his nerves!

This terminal much more dreary than the Regina one. It could use a bit of brightening up. Buses are fine as usual.

My experience with STC has, for the most part, been awful. I travel frequently from my place in Saskatoon to my Mother's out of town, and have missed the bus on multiple occasions because STC refuses to make sure their drivers are stopping into their scheduled towns until the appropriate times and have not even bothered to stop in the town if the bus station is closed, regardless if it's a scheduled stop. I have phoned customer service multiple times and have been redirected constantly, and when I have talked to someone on this issue I have been called a LIAR (specifically by one worker named Ron who works in dispatch) and that I've supposedly" been late to the stops despite making these calls at the stop after sitting there for 10 minutes with no bus showing up. I do not appreciate the tone customer service has had with me from the get go

I bus is because seats are cheaper than flying. They have good option for routes/times whenever I have needed to travel. However, I have a hard time travelling out of Saskatoon because they never do baggage checks... I've been to other depots (that have a higher passenger volume) thag check every single carry on. They need to start implementing this for every route, not just when there is a random check. On my most recent trip, they had to escort a man off the bus for being intoxicated (empty mickey found in his bag). For the safety and peace of mind for passengers, please start checking consistently.

I hope the gov't changes their mind on tossing STC. It's a very vital necessity in many peoples' lives. Not a money maker but definitely necessary!!

Good terminal. Lots of seats while waiting there's a small restaurant inside and it's right in downtown Saskatoon so there's plenty of things to do if you have a lot of time. I had a smooth transition, and the staff are very very friendly.

There is a decent amount of seating available, with plug-ins incorporated into the seats. There are large screens displaying the arrivals and departures, clean restrooms and a restaurant attached.

had some issues but customer service helped and make it right. They were very accommodating and understanding. Tracing services are top notch!
