Just spent 1h30min for a supposedly 28 min ride. Missed my meeting. The service has become extremely unreliable as of late. I would give 0 stars if possible. I use to love taking the train and would tell everyone this was the best way to travel. Not any more... has the become the best way to start and end your day with frustration.

Utterly useless. Definite lack of service with very limited transit times, often issues with the ticket machines, customer services with zero intention of helping, eye rolling/I can’t do anything attitude. Useless.

Platforms barely marked as to which number they are- super unfriendly for new users. Ticket machines overly-complicated to use, almost to the point where you think they might be trying to get you to buy the wrong ticket, just so they can issue you a 100$+ fine! As a first time user a few months ago I had no idea which ticket to buy because my particular ticket machine had no labels on it because people had ripped them off and they weren’t replaced. Trains sometimes arrive on the wrong track than indicated on the screen, trains are cancelled and late more often then they should be. Unreliable service for a train company.Alsooo! Infrequent to no service on weekends and during the day!Just very disappointed with the service I receive for the ticket price I pay.

When will you allow paying in a bus with a debit/credit card? Bus delayed by 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick their change. Plus your coin machine are broken

The trains are excellent. Busses -0. No respected schedule and very very rude employees from ticket sales to bus drivers. Exo needs to invest more in its personnel training.

As a candiac citizen, I drive to station every day. However, there is no enough parking lot for us. On 29 Jan, after job I got off the bus and prepare to go to the school for my kid. What is the surprise waiting for me? Your exo inspector gave lot of the candiac citizen $123 ticket due to park on the non-parking area. The problem is your company din't solve the parking lot space problem. In the winter, the snow isn't clean up enough. The space become tough. Tell me where we can parking. You company like set some traps. We like fish. When we got off the bus, you just collect your net. In the winter, your bus isn't on time.I went to the candice city hall. They don't tell me. You didn't give us any warning. As a candiac citizen, we can't accept your behavior. You don't try to solve the problem, but you just give people ticket. What a kind of company!!

Very often late, always has mechanical problems with the buses, the 200 only passes every hour after 5pm during weekends and fares are much too expensive for the service we get. do not recommend using this service. today my bus was 30 minutes late again and sometimes it simply doesn’t leave its terminus.

when it works, it REALLY WORKS.when it doesn't, it is an absolute abomination

Big problems with delays on their schedule, canceled buses, excuses all the time. The solution provided only applies to the majority and not to small groups... not so important

The bus is consistently late in my city by around 20 minutes, as there is a lot of construction in my city. But we are never informed that the bus will be late via Twitter or any other platform. No one communicates with the drivers when there are new delays. I don't know why I even try to be on time anymore.
