Very bad Costmer serviceI visited there on Thursday date 09th March 2023 at 1:30pm with my kids.There is one lady who is very rude to all . She was with long hair she was very very rude with me because of my kids.Very disappointed

The assistant manager, an East Indian woman, is extremely rude. We wanted to exchange something because it was damaged, but she said since we bought it when it was buy one get one free, we had to pay extra to exchange it. This makes no sense, especially as we paid full price on that item. When you sell a faulty product, you shouldn’t charge customers to exchange it because the deal is no longer in place.And even if that is your policy, you shouldn’t raise your voice at customers or act like a teenager. Extremely immature and unprofessional.

The employees are disrespectful and passive aggressive. Me and a friend were about to enter the store when an employee stopped us at the door and said Are you here to buy something or are you here just to hang out?" We didn't even enter the store yet.In another case

Really bad customer service. They absolutely lie! I went in there with my daughter and they had a few items on the counter. They told us all the items on the counter were 50% off. They saw my daughter getting excited. We bought a few items. While we were paying, they were chatting to us and I did not pay close attention. I then realised they had NOT given the 50% discount on ANY of the items. Later I went back in and the lady said I will see what I can do and she said I can only do one item for 50% I think there was a miscommunication".
