Pauline Grange was very helpful. I had some issues with my Credit card and she helped me fix it. She answered all my questions in a professional manner and made sure that I am using the correct Scotiabank product. This is exactly what you expect from your Financial Advisor.10/10 for Customer Service and for recommending products tailored to your needs.

I can’t remember the name of the person I dealt with but she was awesome (longer brown/black hair with glasses) anyways she was very helpful and friendly. I wanted to open up a Savings account. She showed me how I could do it on my phone on the app which saved the time of doing it in person. I got home and it worked perfectly. Cheers

Bad customer service. No 3 in line and waited 45 minutes for 1 of only 2 tellers to make a large withdrawal. No extra teller opened to help. Branch manager was there briefly but never assisted staff and then disappeared never to be seen again. Everyone waiting (more than 10 people) were upset. Never again.

Really helpful and professional staff . My appointment was with vikaas Rajai. Beside open my account, he answered my various questions even without the working hours and made me familier with other banking schemes in really easy way. I recommend all of you guys for this branch and helpful staff.

Do not use or support this bank! I've had services from credit card, line of credit and lastly mortgage, and never again! Dealing with selling my house and gathering information why I owe them $8700 in cancelation fees and details surrounding this, and I get the “I don't have time for you and this request” when they will be taking all that money for next to zero work. Glad this will be my last time with this bank. Tons of problems with each and every service including online except the Tellers. But they're probably only getting paid near minimum wage but they seem to be the most helpful. *sigh*.

I have been trying to deal with a sensitive matter here for a while now and have had nothing but issues. No-one seems to know what they are doing nor do they care. I have gone as far as involving managers who can't bother to call back or assist. The lack of unprofessionalism here is disgusting and incredibly dissapoiting. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Worst. Branch. Ever. I decided to deal with a closer branch to my home, biggest mistake ever. I can honestly say I have never told a branch their services were no longer needed but I did today after almost 2 months of dealing with a sensitive manner and getting absolutely no where. They have been less than professional from the financial advisor/s to the bank manager; whom I'm still awaiting a return phone call from, however, I won't hold my breath on that as it seems to be the normal there. I have had everything transferred back to my original branch and in an instant, they were more than happy to help!

Refuse to cash government checks. Even when the CRA check says they can be cashed at any bank in Canada. Extremely rude and bad customer service. Long waits, feel put out when doing a transaction.
