I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Lam and Sunnie at Milliken Animal Clinic, who provided exceptional care for my cat.My cat was diagnosed with the life-threatening FIP disease, and Dr. Lam's expertise and dedication made all the difference. Dr. Lam explained the diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care in a clear manner. She listened to my concerns and provided valuable advice to ensure my cat's ongoing health. Her compassion and love for animals were evident in the gentle and attentive manner in which she treated my cat.The staff members were friendly and efficient, making the experience hassle-free.I highly recommend them for anyone seeking exceptional veterinary care for their furry companions.

Definitely the best clinic I’ve ever been. All professionals there are amazing and they show great care for their furry patients.My dog was always stressed on other clinics and when we take him to Dr. Rice she makes sure he is comfortable and relaxed during the consultation. It definitely makes my drive from Aurora to Scarborough worthy.Another positive point is how detailed and clear are her explanations about the treatment. We feel confident and happy for having the option to go to the Milliken Bridlewood Vet.We had the chance to work with Dr. Lam in the past and she’s equally awesome. You can’t go wrong with them.

We've been seeing Dr Rice for years, and she's been with us through new puppies and beloved old friends, kittens, cats, we all go see her in my family. I never feel rushed, they'll work with you if you're on a budget. Dr Rice helped my daughter understand what her new cat's heath would require, a schedule for future vet visits and vaccines, what was important and what was optional, and was so patient.They are not the cheapest vet around, but I feel that the amazing care and service is worth the slightly higher prices.

We are a new client to this clinic. Dr. Rice was so friendly and gentle to our 12-week puppy Niuniu, who was quite nervous at first, then quickly relaxed in Dr. Rice’s hands. Dr. Rice was very caring and professional, obviously passionate about her job, she answered all our questions with great patience and encouraged us to email her if any further questions after the consultation. The nurse Nichole and the receptionist Chris were also very friendly and helpful. Our very first vet visit was absolutely pleasant.

I brought my cat to this clinic, they did such an amazing job their very loving and friendly. They took their time to demonstrate specific things. And their customer service was far beyond what i expected from a vet clinic. I will definitely keep coming back my cat is happy and healthy thank youu :)

Have been coming here for my corgi since 2018, and the staff is always very welcoming, and friendly. Costs and recommendations are always transparent and they make sure you are aware of expenditures before committing. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a regular vet.

Fantastic work, great service to my Madison puppy, every time, I brings my puppy to see Dr Lam to check up, and Dr Lam so friendly with puppy, and each times.i say go to check up, and he tail wags back and forth to excited to see Dr Lam.Thank you so much for you take a great care my puppy. Dr. Lam and all the staff are so nice and professional.I really appreciate their help.One of my cat got really sick, however, Dr.Lam helped him a lot! I am very thank you to Dr.Rice for taking good care of my dog and cat! She has many professional knowledge and always give me correct solutions for my dog (which already 11years-old) and my cat (4months old). This vet clinic is definitely worth recommending because the vet is really nice with warm heart and with very reasonable charge.

You will find the most patient pet medical team here. Doctors are very experienced. Fair price,no overcharges. After heard that my cat was seriously ill and I didn’t have time to visit during the clinic's opening hours, a lady who picked up the calls squeezed a time for me right in the afternoon. Appreciate that.They do care about your pets!
