Walmart Photo Centre

Visited this photo center after heartland denied taking photos for my kids us passport saying that they don’t have good quality care.I visited this Walmart to take the pictures and on arriving there , I saw 2 ladies and none of them was coming to the counter for 5 mins even after calling.I had the feeling that they are not interested in providing the service.After chatting among themselves , one of them approached us and I was told that ‘Walmart has a policy where we take photos for kids 12 years and above’I am not sure if Walmart has any such policy so why give such lame excuses.My kid is very good with photos and it might have been easier than the adults.I was told to check with other photo studio within Walmart which was charging 35$ for 2 photos ( can you believe it?)Highly disappointed with the attitude of the employees towards the customers and also too much annoyed at the fact that Walmart advertizes too much but none of their stores are capable of taking basic us passport photos .It’s high time either improve your services or pls stop them altogether so that atleast no one visits with the hope of getting photos clicked.Would like to give no stars at all but don’t have that option!!

We received our photos quickly, but I'm not sure why they don't take photos of children who are less than 10 years old.

The prices are high. If you need passport or any other photos go to staples or Costco. Huge price difference.The dusky lady at the counter was impolite and had a biased behaviour towards us and other customers even for simple questions. She sounded rude. She definitely needs customer service lessonsThe two stars are for the 2 polite guys. One who clicked my picture and the other for another curly hair guy who was at the counter the next day. These two guys are amazing.

I am giving 3 star because they need to provide customer the option of digital photos. People mostly come here for passport or visa photos. Nowadays, all applications are online which need digital photos to be submitted.

I would have given it a -1 rating unfortunately there aren't any options for that. worst experience ever, I placed an order online, it took forever to deliver, and when I got the package the photos were bent and crumpled. I didn't pay to get crumpled photos. I would recommend not ever ordering anything online with Walmart photo center. it is so bad service.

Very rude and pathetic staff. Zero customer skills. For clarity - Walmart has nothing to do with this photo centre even though the name and payment receipt says walmart photo centre and it's located inside walmart premises. walmart customer service told me any concerns are to be dealt directly with the photo centre staff and their sales are final and walmart cannot do anything. I decided to get my passport photo clicked for visa purpose from this centre and even though i gave all the specifications while getting clicked, it was incorrect and hence visa officer rejected my photo from walmart photo centre. since i went for visa application in person, they clicked a new photo for my visa application at the visa office and submitted my application for processing. I went back to photo centre centre requesting for my money back because they did my photo incorrect. Not only the lady sitting at the counter was extremely rude and started yelling at me telling me the rules that there is no refund whatsoever, but also asked me to get an email or letter stating reason whats wrong with my photo. Are you expecting customers to go back and get proof that you messed up? when i showed her copy of the new photo taken at the visa office, she said visa office photo is incorrect and my visa application will be rejected. hello? like i have mentioned multiple times, it has been submitted already and its under processing at the embassy because support staff at the visa centre clicked another photo.I am never going to walmart photo centre again as there are tons of options available outside. I thought may be it's walmart so it's easy to deal with with a trusted brand but that's clearly not the case here. why do you have such extremely rude staff placed at this photo centre dealing with customers? time of visit: saturday nov 12th est 4pm

Pathetic service. I won't recommend this specific photo centre to anyone. Try other Walmarts and you may have a mich better experience. These guys are beyond terrible.

If 0 stars were an option, that’s what I would give. I placed an order and received a confirmation that it was ready for pickup. I arrived the next day and waited for 10 minutes while the store associate looked for my photos and tried to tell me the order was never received, despite my confirmation email and pick-up notification. They said they would call me with an update within the hour; I never got one.I called customer service who told me to wait and give the store another day to find my order. I did, and lo and behold, the order was not found. I called customer service again to issue a reprint. I received another notice that my reprint was ready, and called customer service to confirm it was there.When I arrived, they couldn’t find my order again. After some time, the associate found my order but only ONE photo was printed from my entire order! I complained to the store associate who laughed and didn’t apologize or anything. I called customer service a fourth time and they said they would issue an immediate reprint. It’s been over an hour and a half and I’m writing this from the store, still waiting. When I went back in a second time to ask for an update, all of the associates were gone from the photo centre and I had to ask them to please process my order AGAIN.While in line, I also heard a woman behind me say that they lost her order too and it took a week to reprint, and a second woman waited in line to return photos given to her by accident that were not hers. Looks like yet another customer is going to have the same experience that I did.Avoid at all costs!!

Everything is good, only issue is there they took cashiers out and not enough self check out. That's why I give 4 stars
