We had an accident, and ASC was with us all the way. Paul was exceptionally helpful coming in on his day off, as well as suggestions and pick ups and calming our already frayed nerves. We know we will never have to be concerned that they will over charge us or do unnecessary repairs. We thank Paul and all the staff at ASC.

Jose did an amazing job. Definitely worth trying their service. Just be there and explain what you want to get fixed and then get rid of all your stress. A great thumbs up for their work.

Cannot say enough about ASC. They are extremely professional and go above & beyond to make their clients happy. From advising me to get a police report, arranging a rental car ASAP, and getting my vehicle fixed at this location, everything was was made easy for me, and the level of care is something I’ve never seen before. Probably the best experience I’ve had with an auto shop. I am newer to Hamilton and when I was hit in a car accident and decided to choose ASC as I had been recommended to them. I mainly spoke with Paul and the owner Jose who are both very friendly and some of most helpful people I’ve met. I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first as it seemed a bit to good to be true, but trust me it’s the real deal! They fixed my car and went the extra mile. Paul was really helpful with guiding me through the whole process, it actually feels like you’re dealing with humans who care instead of an auto shop my insurance would send me to who just wants my money. It’s very evident that ASC put a lot of care into their customer service and their work. Very good experience, highly recommend!

After sustaining a rear end collision, Paul oversaw the repairs to my vehicle. He explained the process with the insurance and made sure the repairs were done to my benefit. Would highly recommend ASC Auto Body.

A few weeks ago, I got kissed by a column at my parking lot .. while the scratches weren't too deep but yet, they translated into a sizable repair cost. Jose was so nice to offer a quick solution to temporarily mask the damage so I can postpone fixing it. I was very happy to drive off without screaming green scratches on my car- thank you Jose! I could probably write a short essay on why ASC is the best but I’ll keep it brief. The owner Paul literally found me while driving behind me, noticing the damage to my car. He took my car in the same day, and got me a rental within an hour (had I gone to the place insurance was sending me it would have taken a week for this). The car is now repaired and it looks absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Paul, Jose and ASC. Take your car here!!

I had a snow plough hit my parked car on my street. It was devastating, my first brand new car and my first accident" that created so much damage. Paul and his staff team helped me every step of the way. Professional

Exceptional service by the guy Bill! He came after hours just by one call and meet me at Lime Ridge Mall where my car door was hit by another driver. He is friendly and professional person I have ever known in this industry and the results were flawless. Highly recommended for any car repairs!
