Dropped my Dyson cordless off this morning at 10:30 or so. Picked it up at 12:30 all fixed. I live out of town, so the quick turn-around was appreciated. Why am I excited that I get my vacuuming done now? LOL The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

This is the only place to get your vacuum repaired or buy a new vacuum! The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I always leave here knowing I got the best price for vacuums, parts or service. I needed a filter for my Dyson DC 66 and he had it in stock! Saved me driving into Calgary or ordering one online that might not fit! Great service!

The staff both on the phone as well as in store were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Service was quick and the price was not exorbitant. It’s always nice to support local, makes it easier when the company is as great as the Vacuum Specialists! They even helped carry my stuff out to my vehicle as I had my children with me.

The manager keeps his store organized and very clean. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgable.
