Humana Medical Clinic

Today I went in to try to see a doctor and was told by them they do not take patients on a walk-in basis anymore. They just serve existing patients. They were kind enough to recommend another clinic, but no they are not a walk-in clinic.

Used to be a patient here and I booked an appointment making sure they knew I was on call at my work and might have to cancel, the receptionist said no worries. Ended up being called hours before my appointment and I cancelled. Now they want my to pay 100$? Insane!

I’m so glad the clinic is no longer a walk-in clinic and I am able to see my doctor on time w/ my scheduled appointment. The staff are kind and doctors are knowledgeable and efficient without being dismissive.

So happy I was connected with NP Carolyn Graffton. She is such a caring practitioner. Her kind personality put me at ease from our very first interaction. Your the best !!!

I had an appointment booked for my son who is three weeks old almost 4 weeks old and I just had a receptionist call me and cancel my appointment because their doctor doesn’t take pediatrics. And they won’t have anybody in until the end of the week. That is not OK. My three week old needs to be seen and I cannot continue to have this. I will be finding a new clinic for my whole entire family if this is the way they want to treat a newborn I am not okay with that. So. I’ll be finding a new clinic for my whole family.Super disappointed. I’ve had my family doctor there for at least the past 2-3 years and then previous to that I was at the same clinic, just with a different doctor for almost 10 years.Thank you so much for showing me that you don’t care about your patients . I will be finding a new doctor for myself and my daughters and now my son

Dr Ho is the most wonderful doctor i've ever had. she's incredible when it comes to trans affirming healthcare! if you're looking for doctors to help start your HRT journey she is the person to see!!

Horrible clinic!Only here to bill the AHS and make money.No care for patients at all.The staff aren’t the most welcoming people.Doctors are not very knowledgeable.Overall an absolute waste of time!The government of Alberta should close down a BUSINESS like this.

Dr. Umaru is very helpful and detailed oriented. He took time to listen to me and got all necessary details required prior writing any prescription.

Dr Ho is amazing she always gets back to you in less then 1/2 the time it would take any other doctor. She actually listens to you. Front desk is always professional and get you in to see or speak to the doctors right away. They run smooth office the longest I've waited in the waiting room was maybe 10 minutes

Dr Martinez failed to send correct requisitions at least twice. Doesn’t listen to client concerns. Doesn’t communicate effectively with front desk staff or visa versa about appointments. Awful experience.
