Swarovski

Beautiful store, clean and nice items. Only 2 customers are allowed in the store at any given moment due to sanitary guidelines, which is understandable. The other customer had a quiet child with her. There were three employees, but only one actually seemed to help out customers. The other 2 were talking behind the counter where the cash register is and were occasionally going to the door to see how many people were waiting in line and if anyone was there to pickup an online order. I wanted to know if they had a certain figurine. The one serving the other customer passed by me to go get something in the back without saying a word. When she came out and saw that I was looking intently at her, she asked me if I needed any help. I asked her if they had a certain figurine. She said what they have is all on display. When I mentioned there seemed to be other models in the drawers (I didn't open them as the items are quite fragile and didn't want to break anything), she opened the drawer and left to go see the other customer. There were indeed other models, but not necessarily what I was looking for. They had at least one other drawer. I also wanted to know the price of two figurines that were on display with no price visible, because one of them was on sale on their website, but I didn't know if it was also on sale in the store. If not, I wanted to know if can I buy it online with in-store pickup and leave with the item right now. I looked at the other two employees talking behind the counter, one of which actually looked at me and continued to talk to her colleague. After waiting 5 minutes, without anyone coming to see me, I left.

Horrible customer service! They don’t even care about the customers

This is a very dangerous store for me to even walk into. Everything, and I mean everything, is beautiful. I could spend a pretty penny on this store and I did.

Nice store, beautiful products, good Customer service but a bit pricey. I still recommend for gifts if you find a good deal.

I order pretty much everything online or I receive gifts but there was this one specific ring that I wanted and that was only available at Swarovski Carrefour Laval.I bought it online (pick up), called to have it put aside and it was ready when I arrived!The lady who gave them to me complimented me on my earrings. She recognized that they were sold out from the new collection and automatically knew that I knew their stuff very well!Everything was quickly settled! I needed the ring to compliment my outfit and we were on our way to a dinner so I didn’t have much time to spend!Overall I like the brand very much!I am always satisfied!I also go to the Rockland store and sometimes downtown.Always a great experience!

Complete trash bought a necklace for my gf and in a year it already started to lose its « diamonds ». These companies are laughing in our faces

Came here with my friend to purchase a 150$ gift card together. We were waiting at the entrance of the store to wait for someone to come serve us while there was a family of 3 person inside, kids running around while the women were looking at some display item. There were one lady working there and came out, extremely rude, looked at us up and down, and immediately told us that only one person can come in, one person per household. My friend and I looked inside the store and clearly there were one family of 3 members inside. I understand that there are health guidelines and rules to follow for how many people that are permitted in the store but... clearly she did not want to serve us. Anyways, we asked the worker if they sold any gift cards, already knowing we would like to purchase that. She rudely asked us how much we wanted the gift card for. As soon as we told her 150$ gift card she immediately opened the door to us and brought us to the front desk. She asked us to stay there while she went away and served other people. Whole experience was just BAD, very rude and disgusting customer service from this one employee. I do understand that not all employees are the same, but this women represents this brand, at that moment. If I wasn't in a rush to buy this gift card, I would've just left to another Swarovski. It was around 2pm, either she wanted to get over her day, or clearly racist looking down on us.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Got a nice pair of earrings for my mom's birthday and she loves them.

We had gone to the store with full intentions of purchasing a pair of earrings we had seen on the Swarvoski website, but left empty handed due to the experience we had yesterday evening in store. When first arriving, I had said bonjour to the worker but she did not respond, I didn't make much of it, I thought she just hadn't heard me and I did not mind. She turned to my sister and told her to not touch any of the jewelry, again, we didn't make much of that either as we thought it was probably just new precautions due to covid. Once inside we realized not all customers were being treated the way we were. The same employee who told us not to touch anything was handing earrings to a client and allowing this client to pick up earrings, along with giving her all the attention, acting as if we were not even in the store. It seemed as though the employee felt our purchases may not be as valuable compared to the other client based on how we were dressed (in casual clothing compared to the client in business attire). We decided fairly quickly to take our business elsewhere as we refuse to tolerate discrimination based on physical appearance.

Good quality products. Staff is very helpful specially the senior lady.
