I visited Karolina to have some botox injections. She was very knowledgeable about her profession and treated me with care and gentle hands. The environment was very pleasant and clean. I love Karolina! She’s very friendly & professional. She’s honest as well. If I ask her to get something done & she doesn’t think I need it she will tell me. I used to live in Collingwood but I moved and I drive to her now from Owen Sound - totally worth it!!

Karolina’s work is amazing. I have seen her for Botox and fillers for almost two years. She has an eye for detail and goes about and beyond for her clients. She is informative and stays up to date in techniques to master her craft. I highly recommend her!

Karolina appeared to be very professional and courteous at first, my first impression was a good one until I developed a lump on my forehead above my eyebrow after receiving Dysport injections on my forehead, eventually that went away but I was left with a soreness at the injection site that I still have, then after 2 weeks my forehead did not look like I had received Dysport, still had many wrinkles showing. I called and went back in for a touch up. She assured me she had done nothing different, she then-injected me again on forehead, I payed more, and then left. 2 weeks later my forehead still looks the same, I messaged her to complain, she reluctantly booked me in again but wasnt happy to do it as I said I wasn’t paying this time around, but clearly something wasn’t right. After careful consideration and stressing if I was doing the right thing and what was she actually injecting into me, I messaged her back to say I had changed my mind that I would prefer if she could just refund me, it was only $49 and I felt I shouldn’t have to pay twice for something I did not receive. She now refuses to refund me. Karolina clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing or her product is not good, the lump I read can come from bad product and the fact that it did not work twice on the rest of my forehead I would say clearly represents that. The fact that she would not refund me on top of it all just shows her mentality, it was only $49, to make me happy, that’s all I was asking for to make up for the fact that I look like a clown with with wrinkles on one side of my face and not the other, and eyebrows that peak up excessively I would think twice on visiting she either doesn’t know what she is doing or her product is tainted! In the end good customer service could have avoided the bad review!

I went to Karolina and was really happy with the results. Very professional and provided advice on what would work best for me. I can say that the results were amazing and Karolina built a program tailored for the results I was looking for! Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for laser, Botox, HIFU or filler.
