Travelbug Baby Equipment Rentals

We forgot a piece of our stroller at home and were in Toronto for three days at a conference with our 9 month old daughter. We got a hold of Travelbug Baby at 10pm and they were at our hotel at 7am with our stroller with the infant headrest in it. I would not have been more please with the customer service. Sheere was a complete pleasure, it is apparent that this is her passion. The quality of the equipment was impecible and most importantly our daughter was comfortable for the three days!Thank you so very much Travelbug!

We had a really great experience with this company in 2015 when we travelled to the area.Trying to book again this year proved to be a little more difficult. After speaking with the owner we sorted out the struggles. Unfortunately due to time restrictions we had to go a different direction for this year but if we travel to Toronto in the future I would look into using Travel Bug Baby again!

I found Sheree very personable and friendly. I asked for a car seat for my grandson who was visiting from the US. The car seat I rented from her was the best. My daughter who is very knowledgeable about these things informed me that Sheree was only renting the best quality and safest equipment and for that I am grateful. She also mentioned that should my daughter's flight be cancelled (there was bad weather), i would get my money back. I strongly recommend Travelbug to others needing their service. I will certainly be a returning customer.

Sheree and Travel Bug Baby are amazing. We got into a furnished unit that was supposed to have a crib, but it didn't have one that was safe for us to used. (it had been recalled!) I emailed Sheree and within 24 hours she was in our rented unit with a safe and clean crib. She helped set it up and wanted everything to be safe. Amazing service!

Great Customer service. An overall great experience!

We had such an amazing experience with Travelbug Baby. We called the night we got to Toronto to inquire about renting a crib, the next morning Sheree was on our doorstep with her giant smile waiting to drop the crib to us. She was very attentive and made sure we were more than taken care of, even checked back in that afternoon to make sure we had everything setup ok, or if we needed any help. A few days later we decided to rent a car for a few days so wanted to look at renting a car seat. Again Sheree did not disappoint and got us the seat right away. Would highly recommended this company, you can tell that Sheree really cares about her clients, and her business. We will definitely be using Travelbug baby again next time we come to Toronto, thank you again!!!

I rented a Clek Olli booster seat over the Christmas break for my little brother-in-law that flew in to visit. Initially I was going to borrow one from a friend but that fell through at the last minute, so I gave Sheree at Travelbug Baby a call and she really came through for me!Within the day I had the seat in my hands, installed in the car, and ready to pick them up at the airport. The seat was in excellent condition, very clean and so easy to use!Overall the service exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutly recommend Travelbug Baby.
