Very poor customer serviceI have been there to upgrade plan with Ankit he wasn't even listening to me properly he was busy with his phone when I was talking.I changed my provider to Bell mobility same day.

Worst service ever. The sales rep made me pay twice for accessories saying the transaction didn’t go through the first time. I’ve been trying to contact the manager ever since and no one will return my call. I’ve even called Mayfair mall admin and no one is willing to help me. Avoid at all costs. Would give no stars if I can.

Ive been with freedom a year and have nothing but good things to say! However i recently went into mayfair to start another plan, get a new phone, and the salesman was a huge jerk, and couldn't have been more unhelpful... Almost considered leaving freedom in general due to the terrible service at this location.

I went some time in the afternoon (July 4th) to the store at this location. I don't think the guy should be working there. Seemed like it pained him to talk, and he offered no help other than single word answers to my questions. Really was looking for more info on their plans but they just didn't want to help me with it so I left.

They sell you a phone with fake coverage in repairs, and zero reception anywhere. I don’t have steady reception anywhere. Constant dropped calls. The staff here are unfriendly and rude. Don’t want to do their jobs. Use literally any other service than Freedom.

Josh is the man - thorough and professional! We got two phones and internet through Freedom as it was such a good deal compared to the other guys!

Josh was fabulous. So kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. Went out of his way to help us transfer phone info. Over . His coworkers were also very friendly. A great place to deal with

This review is not for this location specifically, though this is where we bought our phone, but for Freedom mobile in general. Their customer service is atrocious if you actually have any issues. The people in the store warned me about their call centers and it was a really bad experience. We had a hardware defect with our Pixel 3 (swelling battery), and it took more than two months to get it replaced, with really poor communication. During that time we had a really low quality loaner phone. We have a baby and rely on our phones for taking pictures (the phone they lent us had a terrible camera). After that timeline I called their loyalty number and they offered us a 5$ discount for 4 months... 20$..

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PHONE COMPANY IF YOU DRIVE AROUND VICTORIA FOR WORK OR LEAVE VICTORIA AT ALL!!I wish I could give this phone company 0 stars. My plan was not even that cheap. I basically would get 0 reception if I went anywhere north of gold stream for the rest of time island. I am a service plumber and would barley have reception anywhere in Victoria. Could never call to get ahold of my boss or clients. Called tech support a few times with no help. Had to pay 1100$ to cancel my plan and they would not give me a deal at all. I need my phone for work and for personal life and you won’t be able to get a hold of anyone . Very disappoint they wouldn’t even give me a deal on canceling my phone plan for this horrible service.
