Everything was explained to me properly and the bill of sale showed no surprises. I traded my vehicle in and generally am happy with the price which I was offered. Just completed the Purchase of our 4th vehicle from Collingwood Hyundai. We have been on the fence about purchasing an EV for quite sometime. After some discussions with the GM Adam we agreed that we would Purchase an Ioniq 6 once they became available.Last week when we went in to service our Palisade we saw a new Ioniq 5 in the show room. The service writer Andy came to let us know our Palisade was ready and we discussed the 5 vs 6 and any issues the Powertrain has had as they share them between the two. This discussion sold my wife on the Ioniq 5 compared to the 6 due to head room etc.We had business to do in Barrie so left and called the sales department to see if the Ioniq 5 was new. We got assigned a new sales associate named Dalton and he was excellent. No gimmicks, no tricks just straight to the point and pretty laid back. Needless to say it resulted in us purchasing the Ioniq 5 at a very good price for the market. We take Delivery of the vehicle this week and as Always are extremely happy with the Sales and Service departments at this dealership.A prime example of the service and honesty of the Dealership is we purchased a Charger for the car and was sold to us for the price of the more expensive model. We were contacted and informed that they will issue the refund for the difference before we had even noticed.
