So, I have found that the daytime service, speed, and order accuracy is very high now. I rarely get an incorrect order and get through the line pretty fast. It's the night shift that is falling short. Tonight in the drive thru I had the misfortune of being in the slowest line ever. The other line of drive thru was doing about four vehicles to our one.There's also something going on with the coffee cup lids. I keep getting coffees that smell like perfume. I'm not sure if it's the ladies dosing themselves with chemical fragrances or over spray from some scented cleanser used nearby, but there have been times that my truck smells like I have an air freshener in it just from the transfer from the coffee lids. The one time I could smell it in the truck all the way home and into the house. Usually it's not so intense, but it still makes every sip of coffee taste like chemicals even if weaker.Otherwise, they really have improved order accuracy, just need to step up the order taking times at night.

Possibly the best McD’s I have ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of them! Never have they gotten my order wrong and as a trucker I love that this has a doorbell so you can get in 24/7 and don’t have to walk thru the drive thru! Great in the summer and even better in the winter!! I wish other places would take note and be like this place! Always open, trucks can park on the street and go in to order 24/7!!! So good!

This is a quarter pounder BLT made with pride at Fort St.John McDonald's.The burger patty was frozen still, and the fries were cold / empty.

So I get McD's like once a month if that, I don't like to complain. The last 4 times I've gotten a double hamburger, I have just been given 1 patty. And I got 2 double burgers today and one had one patty and one had two. First world problems

After working here part-time over the winter, I am very impressed with the staff here. The people behind the counter are fun to work with, yet they are focused on doing a good job! Unfortunately, our orders take longer than expected sometimes, but there is a fantastic team in the back working to be as efficient as possible. Remember to be patient and kind towards them as they are doing their best! Very great atmosphere!

Just now ordered a MC double meal with medium sprite . And got sandwich with a awful tasting water with ice in it. I mean literally it was just water with ice . Not impressed . Not a good customer service .

Was disappointed with the way management treated a new employee, when he was faced with a new challenge, pulled into drive thru at 12:10 am sat in line for 40 minutes, while staff did what ever they do for that long, cleaning and such. Line starts to move, pull up to the first window, Greeted by a young kid, very friendly says it will be $14 something or other, alls good tap card say bye and continue to the next window! Thats when things got a little frustrating, so the nice kid comes to the window and says sorry your card didn’t work, noticed I used the wrong card, no problem go to tap and the machine is now not working! He politely asked the manger for assistance her first reaction was to get angry with him and tell him it’s all his fault, so she blocks him aside does some stuff on the computer and swings the debit machine in front of me! And in a aggressive manner, tells me it’s $17! I’m like Ok? Tapped and ask for a receipt please, she stormed off leaving the kid back in the confusion of what was happening, so I asked him for my receipt due to it costing $14 at the first window and $17 at the second? He grabbed a receipt which was not mine, he apologized and searched for mine, having to ask the manager to get a reprint . Once again she came over and proceeded to tell him it was his fault, I explained why I’d like a reprint and she noticed that she charged me for the car behind me, in the end she gave back the difference and my order was correct! But to the kid that was at the window don’t sweat it it wasn’t your fault! Your management should have really handled the situation better, you did a great job especially for your first night shift!!!

I noticed when I go in a McDonalds now, when you order simple things such as just a drink or just an ice cream.... they don't just turn around make it and your done. Now, if 20 people are a head of you, no matter who orders what, you wait. I've been waiting for the previous 11 people to get their food, just so I can get a small black coffee. If I'd remember this disservice McDonald's has become, I would not have ordered.
