The attitude given when returning an item is unreal. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to do any exchange the size or if there was another item I would like. The person I dealt with has been working there for many years. All I can say is don’t get mad with the customer if there is a policy in place. One of my items had brown stains on it and the other I ordered were pants but slightly see through.

I love their dresses, they are vibrant, chick and colorful. I feel feminine and attractive whenever I dress in Marciano. I guess I could just order online since I know their sizes and how they fit my body. But I still rather go to the store and try them on before purchasing, but I have to admit their service isn't the best and last time I was there I got completely ignored to the point I ended up leaving.

Honestly speaking,in the past the team was so much responsible and management was awesome perfect in behavior with customers.Recently,I have been there with my cousin and they didn’t even answer us and cared about our request looked so much rude moreover irresponsibleWe won’t attend there again.

Absolutely love this place however when I went in to get a dress for this weekend the sales girl was beyond rude. Tried asking for a size but didn't acknowledge me even though I was the only one in the store. Will not be back to this location

I walked in and I got a look, not even a “ hello”.3 girls are talking by the cash not paying attention to customers. They were all talking to each other the whole time I tried stuff on and looked around the store. I expect good service for quality more high end clothing, but I was definitely wrong..

If you are a curvy girl - BEWARE. This is NOT an inclusive store and obviously sizeist.I went here the evening of Thursday March 24th and the service I had was despicable. I’ve never been to this location before as I’m originally from Ontario and purchased a couple of dresses from their locations in the past. I was browsing and found a dress that I liked so, I asked the floor associate if they had a size 10 or a 12. She was helpful but told me she needed to ask her manager because the largest size was on the floor was a 6. When she asked her manager, the manager loudly said “We only keep the big sizes in the back” in an obviously pretentious tone. To say that I felt humiliated is an understatement. I waited for the girl to come back and I decided to look at the other dresses. They were also only available, at the largest, a size 6 and maybe one of them was a size 8. The associate helping me came back and apologized saying they didn’t have my size. Luckily she was kind enough but I left the store completely horrified. To hear someone call mid sizes like 10 or 12, “big” and with such a snobby tone is humiliating. These are normal sizes and not even considered plus. I will never come back to this store and I will ensure that the women around me know that this store discriminates against anything they consider “large”.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Danisa for very professional assistance to us while shopping at Marciano. She took the time to help us find the perfect clothing style we were looking. She has been so patient and helpful !! Thank you :) Danisa !

Collection is at par. Also sales associate was very helpful and kind.

Unreasonable and rude customer service. I bought a dress from here and when I got home, I noticed stains on the back of the dress as well as a missing hook. I took it back, unworn, and the sales associate refused to take it. Not only was she extremely arrogant and disrespectful, she also tried to imply that I damaged the dress myself. Very unpleasant experience. Never shopping here again.
