Michele and Merrick are the top realtors in the entire Lower Mainland. They are sincere, hard working and they know their stuff. They are shrewd negotiators. Exactly the team I want on my side. They are friendly but will fight for your best interests. You can’t go wrong with these guys. They know the market and have a ton of experience. By far the most in depth advice ive had from anyone in the real estate industry, which was especially nice considering i was not even in the market to buy or sell i was just curious on a few things. At no point did it feel like they just wanted my money or anything, i just got the feeling that they genuinely cared to give me the best advice for me personally which i greatly appreciated because so many people in the industry will just try to get you to do whatever is best for them.
