Had a wonderful wig shopping experience with Kyla! I walked into her shop unsure of what kind of wig I was looking for and Kyla’s expertise and amazing customer service took away any doubt! She took care of me and when I left, I was sporting a new hairdo and feeling fabulous!!!

Kyla is amazing! She has a knack for customizing the right style for each client. She has a real talent. Her store has so much selection. She is always flexible and accomadating with appointment times. I just love our chats and always leave feeling like a new woman. Thanks Kyla you really are the best in town. I also love that i dont have to fight for parking or drive downtown .

Was there on Saturday at noon and place was closed. Called the phone and no response. No message on the door or whatever. Wasted a trip!When are you open for business pls?

I had the most glorious experience with the owner. She answered all my questions, advised me of all products and services. The owner's personality will make anyone feel wonderdul about themselves. I felt like an individual with my own needs and she catered to my needs. By example I was not pressured to purchase. I was given all the time I needed without being forced out the doors. We discussed different cap selections because it does matter!! We went into great length about different suppliers she could order from including if I needed another shade or a product she could order it in if it is not in store.. I felt the love in the room and ended up purchasing I did so as even though there may be cheap wigs online, I wanted quality. Keep in mind you can't try it on or have the professional direction buying online. I was better off with the owner than rolling the dice with an online purchase. I had a bad experience myself with someone that sold me something high end and it wasnt. That was devastating to me. I am already planning my next purchase as you may end up paying a moderate price but remember it is what you pay for. And this store has high end synthetic and human hair accessories. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this store and enjoy the staff's compnay and start feeling beautiful again starting today!!! Plus it is very clean and amazing parking!! Kisses to this store as today I feel beautiful!!
