I was here to buy shoes for my work. I been so many places but never able to find any. After a recommendation I tried this store and there’s a guy named Neel helped me a lot. Negative shopping environment. Employee was screamed at from across the store, while trying to assist me. They were told to tidy the store instead of helping me and other customers. Asked to speak to the manager and found out that was the manager yelling, Joanne. She was playing on her phone the entire time we were shopping. Not interested in helping any customers. So unprofessional. I’d give them a zero star rating if I could. We left without buying anything.
