I wish I could give a better rating, the staff are friendly but I’ve tried twice to get the new plant based sandwich and both times was told they don’t stock it, yet it is advertised around the store. You should probably stock what you advertise. Or if it sells that fast, order sufficient stock. Just some constructive criticism.

Prices on the shelves are all wrong. Can't even understand what the cashier says when questing it. I'll go to circle k across the road from now on.

I was told by the lady that she'll check if the ones they have on display is fresh. That if it wasn't, she would cook up a new batch. But this is what I got. Dry, burnt, nasty meatballs. Complete waste of time and money.

Service is absolutely horrible and the cashiers don't know what the hell they're are doing half the time. Cashiers are incredibly rude and don't listen to the customers.

I normally don't bother writing out reviews, even if I have a negative experience, of places like this. But in this instance, the cashier not only did not honor the sale price sticker on the items I was buying but he actually told me I didn't have to buy the products in front of my kids. Afterwards, he had the gall to chat with another employee in his native tongue, obviously making fun of myself and my family. Even a cursory training in customer service and retail would say that behavior like that should not be tolerated as it makes the customer uncomfortable.It was an embarassing and unfortunate experience that I want to write about in the hopes that they improve their customer service to match their impressive inventory and competitive pricing. It is my hope that management sees this review and takes the necessary steps to rectify the matter as I and my family will NEVER be returning to this particular 711 ever again.

I usally visit this 7-11 petro gas station. Great service. Employees are very helpful and store is well oraganised. Last time i visited here tuesday and i ordered some taquatios which were very fresh. Thank you harkaml for giving good service , she is nice girl.

Not the best 7-eleven to go to. Went there to get myself a hotdog and a gulp, the gulp machine doesn’t have all flavours, 2 personnel working on the cashier who seems to be busy, store is dirty, with spilled drink on the floor. On top of that, the dude on the cashier seems to be fine with it, and he wasn’t happy that I ordered a cheddar smocky…. And of course, chilli and cheese dispenser were empty as well. It seems like the people who work there don’t care, and the store is in a state of negligence. My cheddar smocky doesn’t look appetizing, had to discard it. I guess it’s not the best one around.Update, I was contacted via email by 7-eleven AFTER this review went online, they claimed that they will fix the issue and attend the complain and reply with the actions within 3 days. More than a month had elapsed, received a generic email. The funny part is that they were the people who reached out. I think 7-eleven Canada is way corrupted, incompetence, missing major quality control and hygiene requirements. I would ask the head office of 7-eleven to hire clean, hygienic, competent personnel to work at 7-elen Canada rather than the incompetent ones we see here.P.S: Make sure NOT TO BUY THE DISPLAYED FOOD ITEMS, THEY TEND TO PUT THE EXPIRED, SPOILED, OR ABOUT TO EXPIRE FOOD AS THE FIRST TO BE SERVED/SOLD, ALWAYS READ THE EXPIRY DATE (i THINK THE STUPID TERM OF BEST BEFORE" IS NOTHING BUT A LEGAL EXECUSE TO SELL SPOILED FOOD. I had a really unpleasant encounter with a guy named Vivek at my regular 7-11 store. Despite being a loyal customer for a long time, he displayed extreme rudeness during my recent visit. After using the self-checkout and requesting bags at the front, he actually charged me for the bags, which was unexpected. As I was putting my items into the bag right in front of him, ready to leave the store, he called me back and asked, in a very rude and confrontational manner, what I had purchased. It was baffling because he had clearly seen me putting the items in the bag. He even raised his voice, making me feel like I was being accused of stealing, even though I had paid for everything. This incident happened on May 12th at around 2:35 AM. I must say, this was the first time in my life that someone made me feel so humiliated and mistrusted. Needless to say, I won't be visiting that store again.

I always buy in this 7eleven store and was always charge different price with same item that im buying every 4 or 5 days and I even show my previous receipts that to show cashiers that I'm buying the item all the time, but they don't even bother to look at it and just told me the price went up and its crazy cos I don't think the price went up every few days.. each time I buy is different cashier with different price and that's ridiculous also the cashiers has no customer service attitude, customers are waiting to be served and their just chatting... I'm a cashier too and I don't do such things to customers... I never thought of posting a review but its too much cos it happen to me again yesterday... the good image of the store relies with the customer service and my impression to this store is getting worse... hoping that the management would do something about it.

Fails to honour advertised price. They didn't even remove or change the price tag after i told them its different. They just said no were not going to honour it. Charging 50% more than advertised.
