Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

My first time to Fredericton north’s Sherwin Williams store - but won’t be my last. I first called and got fantastic service on the phone. I needed a paint colour (by title) matched and the associate was able to find it with no problem. I asked several questions about the paint itself and hung up feeling very confident the paint I selected would do a great job. They also had the (mixed) paint ready for pick up within an hour. The store itself was bright, neat and clean. The associates were very helpful in following Covid guidelines. The painter who is painting for me says he loves the ceiling paint and that the wall paint is also very good. The room is half done and it looks fantastic! Highly recommend. Hope it is as « washable » as I hope for.Signed, a Mom with dirty-handed kids.

My husband and I went to Sherwin Williams today for the first time to purchase deck stain and it certainly will not be our last! The associate, Farrah was beyond helpful and answered all of my questions with both professionalism and honesty. She made the experience extremely enjoyable and easy! We will now only purchase from Sherwin William's. The service is something never experienced at big box stores. Thank you so much!

One staff was so helpful & friendly. Customers not so much! I was second person in store, however 2 MEN came in after & felt they should be served first! I felt the other person on staff should have pointed out that I was next in line, but she took care of them both first, while I had to wait until the other lady was available. Thankfully I had the sweetheart help me, or I might have been quite grumpy to the other lady who helped the 2 men first. It should be first come, first serve, when you're only allowing so many people in the store (& for short periods of time).

This was a 100x better experience than buying paint at Home Depot, Kent, Home Hardware, etc. where you are treated like a burden or helped by people who know very little about paint. I've always dreaded going to the paint department at these places but so this time chose a specific paint store . I was helped by an incredibly knowledeable person and was made to feel welcomed. She went out of her way to colour match for my shutters, and assist me with tips for painting an outside door. I will never go back to buying paint at a hardware store again.

I appreciate my local store's friendly and knowledgeable staff (they are very helpful) and have found Sherwin-Williams paints and other products really top-notch so far. The tools for selecting products, both in-store and online, are also really good.

Great staff and great products. Don't be shy to ask what you need, they're super helpful and knowledgeable.

My go-to place for DIY paint projects. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Excellent product (even the most entry level price point). Lots of sales!

I can't say enough about how amazing our experience was at Sherwin Williams. The staff was amazing and I truly have to commend Farrah in her assistance and customer service. Her knowledge of colour and paint products was vast and extremely helpful! We were in many times as painting an entire new house and every experience was very positive. We were very happy with the products and ease of workability with the paint. Would definitely recommend Sherwin Williams products and service to others.

Very friendly staff (forgot to ask her name), and she has excellent knowledge in advising me for the best paint I need. Found the quality of the paint is too good and it made my work very easy as she mentioned. I would surely go again for my future paint projects.
