I was a many time repeating customer until yesterday. I wanted to purchase an item, but no customer service representatives would even acknowledge me, asked me to move so others could walk by; so I went to Carter's Jewelers directly across from them and received amazing customer service and even purchased more than I intended to.

I purchased a ring from them Dec 26th and needed to get it sized, I decided since I was purchasing and resizing I might as well get my wedding band sized as well. Was told it would be back Jan 14, but stated let's give an extra week to Jan 21 but should come in earlier. I received a call on the 18th asking me if I wanted to resize, this is what I sent them in for, I told them they were supposed to be back by the 21st, she said she would call head office and get back to me.... Well come the 21st still no call so I called them and was told head office is closed, they are not sure where they are. I was extremely upset and told them I require them back immediately and she told me she could not tell me until the office opened on Monday or Tuesday and would call back... But should arrive on the 26th..... Well called and they are unsure if they made it on this shipment. This is the worst service for resizing or purchasing. Why give a date if your not going to honor it? Had I known I would have never purchased or relinquished my ring to be resized by this jewelry store. Highly suggest buying somewhere else, and whatever you do DO NOT get them to resize for you, absolutely disgusting service

Poor craftsmanship. Once they have your money they no longer care about you or the merchandise. Customer service is non existant. High prices but cheap jewelry.

Paid $200 for a $400 watch. Never ever paid that much for a watch in my life. Never dreamed of owning one either. But great sales person.

Got my wedding ring set from there, the diamond fell out not even a day I bought it. Than more fell out I replaced the ring I loved with another one because the diamonds kept falling out, so I found another ring same thing diamonds were falling out and I'm not even hard on my rings I take extra care of them. I replaced my rings six time from there three different styles of rings and they keep falling out so my final ring had to pick something simple something I don't like. I would never ever consider them again there rude not nice and cheap quality. Hate them because they did nothing to make me happy about my situation !

The staff at the store are very polite I purchased over $10,000 worth of jewellery but in particular I bought my wife’s wedding ring there after a few weeks the diamond fell out I bring it back and they did warrantee it after about a month I received a new ring after about a week of use it fell out again as well as a few of the other pieces of jewellery seem to be falling apart the craftsmanship is very very sad I would recommend spending the extra money and going somewhere else

My fiance raved about the service he got when purchasing my ring in November, and the day after he proposed we took it in to get it a size increase of 0.25. I was honestly excited and figured I'd only have to part with it for a couple weeks. I was informed that it'd be 6 weeks and if it came back early they'd call him. We gave them my number as he would be out of the country during that time. It's been 5 weeks and I figured I'd just swing by and ask if it came in early, but also knowing that maybe it hadn't. I had absolutely no issue with my service until this moment. I stood in front of the till patiently waiting with my pickup slip while someone looked at receipts until she finally acknowledged my presence after a couple minutes. She asked what I wanted and I simply said I was checking to see if my ring came in and told her that the date was estimated at Dec 30 but I just wanted to see if maybe it came in early. She simply laughed at me and said it might come in Dec 30... she didn't ask my name, who purchased it or when, why my ring was sent off, or look at my pickup slip aside from a glance at the date. If she had just told me they hadn't received any rings back for resizing, that would've been fine. But I think that's pretty poor service and I'll be happy to pay for other jewlers to take care of my ring in house because then I won't be worried about how long it might" take. I'm glad my fiance had an amazing experience purchasing

Sold me a watch saying they would take links out for it too fit after I paid for it then it was too tight too fit so they put it back in and was way too loose and it never left the store they just said have fun you paid for it pretty much . Would not recommend them way better stores in the area
