We had absolutely EXCELLENT customer service from this store today when ordering a Christmas gift for our son, as we were calling from Nova Scotia. Kyle was sohelpful, as was the manager. Thank you!!!

Hard to find anyone to help but good prices

The Lacombe store has improved somewhat with the renovation, with plenty of good offers. However, it is inconvenient in a store of this size that customers must leave the store and go into the mall to use a washroom. That's a very long walk for anyone in an urgent condition.

Newly renovated .. very clean & aisles are in logical order so no running around this large store when all related articles are near each other... such as Farm Supplies .. horse..cat..dog food & treats ... electrical supply aisle... clothing aisleSo very impressed since this new reno !

Staff just wanted to go home, not helpful at all. I understand people that come in 15 minutes before closing are an annoyance, but you should still attempt to help. Out of 4 staff members not 1 was willing to assist.

Very helpful staff. Decent selection. And nice new storefront at the same location.

The staff at this location are awesome friendly helpful that a really good sale on dog food I got my dog 24 Caesar meals for $4.20

It's not a bad place to go you can generally find what you need

Just moved to lacombe, went to peavey to get some things. There was maybe 3 customers in the entire store. I asked a kid for help and he said, im not sure, i think they are down isle 23 and walked away. I could not find it and had to go all the way up to the cash register and asked the lady where i could find my things because the kid cant be bothered helping me. She looked all the way across the store and said, i think its in isle 7 or isle 8. I said i just looked down there. She said well they should be down around there somewhere. I said never mind i will go to home hardware. Home hardware was very very helpful and i have been back there many times with great customer service. WILL NEVER SHOP PEAVEY AGAIN!!!!

One stop shop. Love everything about this store. The Lacombe location is amazing... Really friendly staff. Always willing to help even if they don't know what they're looking for, they will figure it out.
