I have always had great experiences with the staff at The Source, specifically Aiden and Mathew. They have always gone above and beyond. These two are very honest and kind individuals who have helped me with all my phone needs time after time! They have always been more than willing to spend time with me to answer all my questions, identify what suits my needs/wants best and at the best price.Thanks again Aiden and Mathew!!

These guys were awesome today. Chris Aiden MatthewUnfortunately the service from Virgin Mobility was not the best today and after being on hold for a hour and 15 minutes while trying to switch my phone over to a monthly plan ended up not going so well. Virgin mobility customer service Hung up on them as they asked to speak to someone that could help me out. Hopefully in a couple days I can get my phone number back. These three guys were the best and I felt bad, my thought was after 10 minutes Virgin Mobility person should of said I can’t help but I can get someone else but nope that didn’t happen.

What amazing customer service by Mathew. He definitely knows his stuff. He was super helpful and took the time to set up my new device and transfer all my info. He was super knowledgeable and even taught me a few things about the phone. He also did a great job with putting my screen protector on perfectly! I get super frustrated and dealing with cells can stress me out as I have lost info in the past. I was so glad someone mentioned to go there.... I will definitely go back and recommend others to go. It's so refreshing to have great customer service. Thanks again Mathew ☺

The Manager, Matthew, explained a lot about the support through a new service for $100/yr. Gave me a lot of reassurance that I cld call for any digital reason. In the meantime, the question I had about Chromecast and The Google Nest was answered giving me a few options, least of all having to buy a 4K TV. I was very impressed with Matthew’s knowledge base as well as his management skills.

4 employees in the store, and not one of them knows how to do anything. In this particular case, a Bell device return.Max is apparently the only useful employee at this location.The Source customer service was called, and I was informed that they got rid of their complaints dept.... I can't image why!Update: we proceeded to drive almost an hour into Ottawa, to go directly to a Bell store. Spent maybe 20 minutes total, to return two devices and upgrade one more. Was never hassled (or even asked at all) for valid ID (The Source would only accept a driver's license, but not a federal issued ID), and got a better deal on a plan.

April 16, 2023. Four employees incapable of providing service for a Bell return service and purchasing new mobile phones. Suspect racist attitude was possibly involved. We will be continuing to pursue this with Bell and The Source management.

The team of experts working at this store are amazing. Any question I was able to throw at them concerning my phone upgrade was able to be answered. Aiden, Bruce and Christian are the best. They helped me transition over to a new phone and found the best plan to suit my needs. Thanks guys!!

I came into the store today to purchase a new iPhone and was very pleased with the informative and welcoming atmosphere. Adrian helped me out with everything and was a joy to interact with. I would recommend this location for any of your phone or tech needs. 5/5 stars

My wife and I went in to switch phone providers on Friday. There were a few complications but all three staff members were so unbelievably helpful. They got the job done and they did a great job. Every time I go in there I get nothing but fantastic service, and that goes for my father who used to frequent the store as well until he passed. They have great prices too, but if a product I need is only a few more dollars at this store I will go there just for the customer service. You won't find better customer service anywhere else.
