They are straight up SCAMMERS. My family is straight up being scammed by this company. They are non-responsive most of the time and will ghost you for months. Only to say they don't have any experienced workers to install a liner. And do not give them your credit card they straight up will charge you for random things! You are better off watching some YouTube tutorials on how to start up a pool. Save your money.

We contacted king pool in around April for pool liner. In the beginning they told us it will be mid may and they checked our invoice and put us on list . We called back again in beginning of may they confirmed us to be in mid may. When called pass mid May we were informed that there is no record for us and wanted us to send an email. Sent an email , and still after two weeks no update or replies. They don’t have any dates , estimates when they will be coming. Zero communication, they get irritated when u inquire. Poor service. Regret toChoose them for poolLiners. At least give date, any timelines, should inform before that calls won’t work need to send an email. So frustrated.

I used King Pool for all of our pool and hot tub maintenance and service work for over 12 years. Unfortunately the last three years have been an awful experience. From looking at the most recent reviews we were not the only ones. Their service has deteriorated to a point where we were being charged for incomplete services or work that was never completed, To top it off they froze our hot tub last year and will not honour their lack of performance. I would not recommend King Pools to anyone and would suggest you are looking for unneeded aggravation and terrible customer service should you use them. Disappointment and aggravation will follow.

We decided to shop at King Pool and we are so happy we did! It has been such a great experience for us and we received such great customer service from the time we entered! We would Definity recommend this company!

This is the worst company I have ever had to experience dealing with. It look over 3 years to get a new liner installed, the owner is full of excuses and constantly gave us the run around. I feel sorry for the technicians working for him as his disorganization makes them do twice as much work. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and timely pool company.

I had left a very positive review a couple of years ago for this company when they replaced our pumps supporting local business as I always try to do.I liked Jerry the owner and I hate being negative now.However I now have a completely unusable hot tub due to what my family and I believe was poor service last winter and we can not afford to replace it.We had replaced our main heater for the tub with them and it stopped working during the beginning of the winter season but long before low temperatures.We booked them to come out three times on a row and each time they cancelled or bumped us so that by the time they did come out the temperatures dropped and our hot tub froze!We put a plug in space heater inside at their suggestion and waited for them to come only to be bumped again on the day because someone with a pool took priority over us we were told for blowing out.So when they finally winterized it the pipes had cracked and now we don’t have our tub which we can not afford to replace.I really wish they had done the right thing and offer to repair the cracked pipe or pipes which may have been relatively easy but sadly there was no offer to repair the pipes we were just told it was weather and old tub.The brand new heater they installed just weeks before was still under warranty and caused the original problem by shutting off but that was never addressed.Had they diagnosed the heater issue when I booked them prior to the temperature drop none of this would have happened.Can not recommend this business to anyone and that’s very disappointing to say but my $17000 hot tub is broken due to them canceling on us four times over many weeks in winter!!!It takes a great deal for me to be negative about any local business as I have one myself but in this case their customer support caused hardship for my family.I even recommended them prior to this to my friend who then purchased a brand new tub from them only to have months of issues themselves which they told me was also not handled well.

King Pool is always my go to place for pool supplies and water testing. They also do a great job closing my pool at the end of the season.

We contracted King Pool & Spa (2021 08 05) to replace our pool liner. I CAN NOT recommend that anyone use this company. Poor communications, internal coordination, and extended timelines for service will result in frustration.
