I had a horrible experience. I requested acrylic and the tips are not glued properly and there is a space between my nail and the tip. The acrylic looks like its lifting off my nail. The black line applied is smudged everywhere. My cuticles look horrible and damaged. They look like they will fall off anytime. My appointment was at 6:30 and they were working very behind schedule. I only got out of there after 9pm and she was rushing to finish. I am very disappointed and honestly I'm not a very picky person.

Wonderful experience!! Their attention to detail is outstanding! They have so manny colour options for shellac/gel polish. Prices are on the high-end but worth it.Overall by far the best gel set and pedicure I've had in a long time! They even accomidated me late in the evening extending well past normal closing time for them.

I just visited recently and my experience was great! I booked an appointment ahead of time and they were ready for me right on time. The lady who did my nails took her time to make sure they were perfect and she didnt rush. I'm in love with how they turned out!

Best nail salon I've ever been to. From the moment I walked in I was greeted in such a friendly matter. Not only is the staff really friendly but the clients are also very friendly. They were playing great music and also had videos playing on the TV which was cool to watch while you get your nails done. It was like I was part of a group of friends. Everyone had such great energy, so positive and funny! My nails are the best I've ever had! I've been to numerous nail salons all over the world and this nail salon did the best job I've ever had. My nails are thin yet strong and the colour is perfect and Lynn did an Immaculate job. I'm definitely coming back this is now my go to nail salon. I will also refer people absolutely. You can tell that they take their time and do an excellent job and they do not rush you at all! Every nail matches and looks natural.

Today was my first time here and I am very satisfied. Very quiet and calm atmosphere, people are very friendly. I was attended by Moon and I got some biogel. She's very thorough and gives a lot of attention to details. She gave me very good color recommendations and my nails look beautiful and natural.

Came in off the street with no appointment to see if they could do a quick manicure and a beautiful young lady, Jane, said she could do it. She took great care and explained the science behind what she was doing as she did it. So much better than the last place I went to. Excellent service! A week later still no chips and nails look shiny and well groomed, at the last place I went to they always chipped and I ended up always going for a redo and finally tried out this place. I love it and loved Jane, such an asset to this place. I told her I would leave a review and waited a week to see how the manicure stayed and it was great. Very happy with Jane and very happy with my nails!

Have shellac done by staff named Jane. By far worst experience in shellac. Staff was inexperienced yet nobody was supervising. Picrure is next morning, Shellac is uneven, area left untouched and this is after another technician tried to fix it.

Had my first appointment here today for a bio gel refill. Anna did them for me and she was EXCELLENT. Great attention to detail - she did things I usually came home & touched up myself because no one did them at other places. And despite getting Shellac (which usually adds bulk), my nails look neat & natural. So pleased!The location is a little hidden - facing the back in the Popeyes block of the plaza, but the vibe is very relaxed. No loud yelling/music/phone etc. Lynn (manager?) booked my appt. & while I was there, I saw that she was sticking to the fully-booked schedule & not taking walk-ins - I so appreciate that!! Great experience overall. Will def come here from now on!
