My 19 year old daughter was buying her first house. Gerard was patient with her and took a lot of time to answer all her questions. Since I was co-signer it meant that he had 2x the work, double the showings. He was fantastic throughout the whole process. I always felt like an important client He fought hard to get us a good deal! The budget was less than 150,000 so not easy to find and not a large payday when found. Leaving a negative review is the last thing I wanted to do. Gerard will not respond to phone calls or emails. He has not paid an invoice that has been outstanding for nearly 6-months. The amount outstanding is material for a small business like mine.

Gerard was wonderful to work with. Even though our original purchase plan changed, he was with us until the end. He was always responsive and answered all our questions as first-time home buyers.
