Very unprofessional staff. I came to return online orders to this store today and the two employees kept saying we don't take online returns (while the official website says they do) and also told me we don't take returns after 7 days of the receipt. They Kept changing their words just not to do the return. very shady for a company this big. They were very hostile and rude and lying. I didn't really expect this from Hugo boss. Anyway I will never go back

I'm a big fan of the brand, unfortunately the staff and the leadership of this store provide you with a bad shopping experience. They just don't care about their customers. If you're looking to shop Hugo Boss I will recommend you to go to Harry Rosen next door to get professional advice and a wonderful shopping experience.
