My wife purchased some of their products. They promised to call upon arrival of the glasses. After waiting for more than 3 weeks, she decided to call. She left 2 voicemail messages. On her third call, she was informed the glasses had arrived. When she tried to find out the date of the arrival, she was told the information was irrelevant, needless to say in the very rude tone. Very poor service.

Horrible place, almost every one is mine and Hursh, run for you dignity.

Went there for eye exam for my wife 10/25/18. Honestly, after I was reading all the reviews here previously, I was a bit concerned about their service. But I was surprise how She had a good service overall. From the start to the optometrist, I would recommend this place based on what service we got. We just did not purchase any eyeglasses here cause they seem a bit more expensive than elsewhere. But they have a deal 2 for 1 for those interested on certain brand.

I've generally had a great experience here in the past. Staff have been helpful and the optometrist herself was excellent. Different story today though; I got this haughty and condescending (racist?) woman in white. She spoke to my 60yr-old parents loudly and repeating words as though to 5 year olds. Faut pas toucher toucher toucher hihihi". Maybe she thought they didn't speak French?! (Which they do!) And yet she never even bothered to ask what language was preferable."

They said that my glasses paid in full will be ready in 2 3 weeks. I called almost a month after my appointment and they said they have them but they never had the time to call me to let me know.

If a zero could be given, I would. To say the quality of service of the front of store staff is underwhelwingly bad would be an understatement. When you pay out hundreds of dollars for prescriptions glasses for your child, and after 5 weeks they still cant tell you when they'll be ready is a testament to the lack of professionalism and client care this business offers. Avoid at all cost.UPDATE: Corporate certainly reacted quickly to my review, because while no one answers the phone at that branch, nor returns messages, forcing customers to always have to go in person, we got a callback from the store to say the glasses were in. When my wife questioned how glasses that werent in" Saturday and it would be at least another week on Saturday were "in" on Monday

The service was great but I was charged a 7$ sanitary fee without telling me. I was told 127$ for eye exam but it was 120 plus 7 for the fee. Will NOT go back due to the sanitary fee. Look around hardly no one charges this fee. WILL NOT GO BACK

Very unprofessional front desk staff.I am their patient for so many years and my doctor is one of the best one.I believe there is a need for communication skills training for the regular staff.

My wife & I were received with such disdain and coldness at the reception, you would think they did not want us there (or even want my money). Though I was quoted $1,100 for a pair of glasses (was I buying an iPhone?!). The optometrist and his assistant though knew what they were doing - no complaints on that end.

Fabulous service from the young man, the technician who did my eye scans.; he was pleasant and patient. The optometrist, Dr. Laudy El-Howayek did the exam with great competence and care. She is the best optometrist I ever dealth with. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the consultant who was suppose to help me choose glasses. She gave me the impression that I disturbed her and seemed very happy to be rid of me when I told her that their glasses were out of reach of my budget. She should take a course on client care 101.
