when it came to leaving our house, Ms. Sharoyan represented our landlord as a real estate agent. she threatened us in different ways to leave the house. all the while we requested to meet and settle financially but they were against this as the landlord owed us money that she didn't want to pay back. We found out the landlord actually pulled out our deposit for any damage during our first months here which is illegal according to the landlord and tenant board. However, this real estate agent informed us that it’s legal" siding with the landlord for all the wrong reasons. My husband had also repaired some faults in the house as the house is very old and had many issues. the landlord had promised us that if my husband did the handiwork around the house she would pay him back. this is why we requested to meet up for a settlement. Ms. Sharoyan decided to take her customer's side and threaten us to sue and freeze our bank accounts which is impossible and an unprofessional bluff. often times
