Conrad Construction helped me out with my kitchen renovation at a very short notice! They did a great job leveling my old kitchen cabinets, installing my microwave hoodfan, installing toekicks, and installing baseboards throughout the kitchen. I'm so happy they could acommodate me and very satisfied with their workmanship!

I'd contracted Conrad Construction & Design about a 1.5 years ago to remove a load-bearing wall so as to create a more open-concept in my (our) home; to this day I strongly recommend his work, and I will return to him with future projects. From the outset of the build, Chris was professional, relatable, and thorough; he delivered on-time, was amenable to our needs, and an absolute pleasure to work with! Aside from his myriad talents as a craftsman and organizer, what I liked most about Chris was his attention to detail, high standards, and ability to communicate his strategy/explain his process in a way that genuinely made sense. At no point did I feel a trap door was going to fall out from under me; I felt included, informed, and clear about what was happening every step of the way. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Chris and his crew finished our basement, which included a bedroom and full bathroom. They were detailed in their work and were very knowledgeable about building code and building science. They were responsive to our questions and addressed any concerns we may have. The result is a high quality product that we are very happy with. We love our new space, it is very comfortable and functional.
