Had an amazing experience here renting a vehicle for my last business trip, Adelya called to remind me of my reservation and I was running behind so she even offered to stay open and extra 20 min on Saturday so I could still pick up my unit. I will always rent my vehicles from them when I’m Edmonton.

I went to return the truck. I was the only standing person front of reception, there were 7 to 8 employees busy gossiping pretending working . When I feel standing stupid there instead leave the truck keys and out, when I just drop the keys and walk out suddenly a employe shouted loud you can't wait somebody will receive you. I feel so bad. Even after that he try to be hard in conversation. Very unprofessional. I will never use them for business again because of the level of customer service Driving force provide

Amazing people to deal with. Much better than any regular dealership we have ever dealt with. Promised things and actually received them unlike previous experiences elsewhere, like a full tank of diesel and DEF. Would and will recommend to everyone to check their stock out. Alignment is everything in Life and in business.I have been dealing with Driving Force for two years now ( West End _ YEG ) - consistently; renting large Transit Vans as I have a business that caters to moving and installing art work. I heavily depend on a highly organized team, which I have in-house. From my outside vendors, - like Driving Force - I depend on reliability, clean and prompt service ( and vehicles ) and staff that meets my needs for professional and fast service. I have been dealing ( almost exclusively ) with Natalie Scott - a first class Customer Service Provider - who tends to my every need - from vehicle placement ( depending on the assignment ) to scheduling pick-up and drop-offs. She has been such an asset to my business, that it has almost hindered me from buying-out a Transit Van ( which, maybe her Boss' won't be too happy about reading ). She is a wonderful steward to this business - always helping, assisting with my growing and demanding business. I always look forward to seeing her and the other people of Driving Force as I always know I'm in good hands and know whole-heartedly they are looking after me and my business' needs. The entire team at Driving Force West has bounced back post Covid so well. The entire team has ensured my company has been able to keep up with the demands I throw at them on a weekly basis. Ive got the chance to personally meet managers and employees at this company. they are great.Customer service oriented, willing to make a difference and with a great knowledge of their business.I highly recommend them as a team... Besides, they are Oilers fans!!!

I dealt with Ken Cholak in regards to purchasing a lease return pickup. Ken was eager to answer all of my questions and send information or photographs. There were no extra fees , deceptive sales or upsell tactics. It was a straight forward, honest and efficient buying process. The vehicle was delivered clean and full of fuel. After I received the pickup Ken followed up with me to ensure sure I was satisfied with my purchase and if I had any concerns.Before going to the driving force I tried buying a pickup privately and from two local dealerships. I walked out after the dealerships tried to upsell me or were not listening to what I wanted to purchase. The private buying experience is a nightmare as most sellers have liens on their vehicles. You can't trust the car fax report as often repairs are paid for by cash so the do not show up on the car fax report.I was provided full disclosure on the vehicle I purchased included all maintenance records. I bought with confidence knowing I was getting good value for my money and did not have to worry about any liens, undocumented collision repairs or a lack of maintenance records. I would buy from the driving force again and if you hate the greasy car dealership experience, I would give Ken a call.

I really appreciate renting from driving force. They have excellent customer service and their vehicles are well taken care of. I always feel confident when I rent from driving force. Highly recommended!

My Salesman (Ken Cholak) was amazing. He took the time to help find, locate, and bring in EXACTLY what I was looking for. This didn’t even feel like a sale lol. I would highly recommend Ken to help you get what you’re looking for. I will deal with him again, hands down!
