We contacted the staff here about getting Timothy hay for our three guinea pigs. At the time of the call, the Timothy hay option was out of stock. However, the lady answering the phone was also a small pet owner and knew the dietary requirements. She offered a 40 lb compressed hay block that was a mixture of Timothy and Orchard Grass. We went from paying $35 for 5.5 lbs at the pet store to paying just shy of $20 for the aforementioned 40 lbs. We've saved a great deal of money, and ordering, payment, and pickup are all easy. The easygoing and knowledgeable staff here are fabulous to work with.Thanks, Okanagan Hay Sales! See you all for our next hay pickup!
