I went shopping for a piano for our granddaughter for her 10th birthday. She's been playing Piano for 6 years so this is a special gift.The day I walked in to your store and was blessed enough to be served by Craig Follett completely changed my shopping experience.Craig went above and beyond to ensure our granddaughter would have the best birthday. Craig is the epitome of professionalism, class, kindness and consideration. A true gentleman.Our day would not be as special as it is without Craig's help and guidance.Craig turned our shopping experience into a lovely memory.I've always shopped at Long and McQuade but this experience was just exceptional and I will never forget it. I love this place....think I could stay here all day strumming all the guitars! The selection of instruments is quite large and the staff were very friendly and approachable! Worth a visit!

I used to have fantastic service at this location but as of recently, It has soured. I was trying to order a guitar and get more information about financing through email with the Manager but the communication went cold, and I never heard back.So I went on a trip to the store which is a 3 hour drive to see what basses were in stock, and when I was in the store, I was greeted with a Hi" under someone's breath

Great selection of many types of musical instruments, prices are very fair and competitive with other local retailers and online retail stores. The staff in all departments are very friendly and knowledgeable and they stand by their products.

Great Percussion Department. Ted really knows the products and is always helpful with good advice. The Pro audio Department is well organized and they encourage you to test before you buy. Great overall experience. I have been going to this store for the last couple of years and that will likely never change.

Victor who works there is a top notch guy , and so was Rob who no longer works there , the other staff are not helpful or friendly at all ! They want you to buy and that’s it ! They are not accommodating for demoing gear and try to discourage you at all costs and are poorly equipped as they don’t have a space where you can demo guitars at conversational volume. Whisper volume only . I considered buying something , but opted out and bought it elsewhere , I was flooded with harassing phone calls by a certain horrible sales person, asking why I didn’t buy it . They are unprofessional and greedy , I would never recommend this place

The staff is nice and helpful, the manager, Craig, is always kind to the customers. Even though setups are not cheap, the work on guitars is done professionally. There is a wide variety of guitars and accessories.However I wish they carried more brands regularly. The always have fenders and epiphones. Hardly PRS, Ibanez, Jackson, Schechter, esp, etc. Would love to see those too.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff has been eager and happy to help on every occasion. They handled an instrument return from my family with perfect grace even though the bad choice had been all our own, and helped us pick out something that suited our needs much better (and which we've been thoroughly satisfied with for years now). Highly recommended!

What can I say, it's the best around. They have the best warranty for your buck. Never has any trouble there and the buts are friendly. I was in just yesterday and Sean help me pick out some gear I needed and he knows his stuff. Took his time to explain what things were and how to use them. Any trouble just come back. And they mean that. I would recommend this store.
