If you are enrolling a child into a martial arts school, this is your best bet. Not only will this institution teach them physical techniques, but they will also teach your kid morals. You don’t want your kid to be put into an MMA octagon and taught only how to hit, you want your kid to use their brain and reasoning about why there are other ways to solve situations besides hitting.

Sun Hang Do is a great martial arts school! It has helped me build my confidence as well as my leadership skills. It’s beginner friendly and open to all ages from small children to teenagers and adults. I would definitely recommend Sun Hang Do to anyone who wants to experience martial arts!

Sun Hang Do is an absolutely amazing martial arts school. It has given me confidence in myself and has helped me incorporate a positive mindset in everything I do. Not only do we learn many skills such as grappling, sparring, patterns, weapons, etc. but we also incorporate life skills and values that can help us be successful. Sun Hang Do has many classes for all ages ranging from children, adults, and teens. I will always be grateful for being a part of the SHD family.

When I first started sun hang do I felt like it was hard and difficult I thought it would take me such a long time to get my next belt. The test came I believed in myself and I aced it. So just remember if you set your mind to get somewhere in life just believe that you can do it!!Also Big Shoutout to Master Keates for being a awesome master.
