Garbage. Pre-construction project delayed way beyond deadline. The builder postpones the outside occupancy dates without lawfully acquiring mutual agreement. Never responded to any emails or letters, avoids all messages and makes up slanderous accusation about their buyers. Do not buy from Nascent.
