Had problems with the website but persevered and found the Kamloops phone number, talked directly to Arwen and got my order in. She is a delight to deal with and the product is fantastic, I bought one pair of men's bamboo boxers 2 years ago and they are as good as new and just topped up as the other inferior brands have worn out!
