my girlfriend had her eye brows and liner done by Cindy and they looked awesome. Went to meet her she was friendly and made me feel very comfortable, i look great, going back to get my lips done. i highly recommend Cindy. and she is not over priced like most of the permanent art techs i called.

I had to pay another well certified place for Cindy work correction. This place deserves no stars.I had eyebrows, eyeliner and lips done.Eyebrows were 2 different size and shape.Eyeliner faded after recover.I wanted just lip liner done but Cindy insisted getting whole lips done.Cindy wanted me to take cold sore pills but I refused because it was her prescription.Cindy cut my lips by working needles to deep.When a week later I sent Cindy pic of the infection. Cindy said it was cold sore and my doctor saw it and said it was cut.I would not recommend anyone to Cindy.

Cindy did permanent make up on my eyebrows and eyeliner. I'm very happy with results and they are still looking great after five years. She's very professional and reasonable - thanks Cindy !!
