Tried to buy a soccer ball there but i didnt know where the balls were. While i was looking for the ball, I noticed I was being followed by one of the staff. I thought he'd come and help me out but no, he just kept his distance the whole time following me all over the store making me feel like im some sort of thief. When I finally do buy my ball, I was met with the same person following me, acting all unenthusiastic and overall uninterested. Too bad I wasnt trying to steal anything huh?

I had a great shopping experience with my son in store yesterday. We were shopping for cleats and the two gentlemen helping us (I feel terrible for not getting their names) were amazing with my son, making conversation and just so pleasant. They even found a pair in the back in the size we needed. Thank you for taking the time to help us!

Probably one of the smaller Sportchek stores I’ve been to (others were mainly in the Toronto area) from an overal selection point of view, but the friendliness of staff makes up for it.Store is also kept very clean and tidy.

I was there looking for a jacket, I had a few questions but staff was too busy talking to each other and didn’t bother to ask if I needed help and any time I was looking for someone or make eye contact they acted like they were doing something else. Kinda rude.

I wish I could give this no stars. Everyone at this location is so rude and unprofessional! Their new to town but yet think they can be rude to everyone who comes in horrible customer service felt so uncomfortable being in the store will never shop here again rather go to the pen centre sport chek

I received the best customer service tonight from Michael and Ranny (I believe that was his name). These two young men went above and beyond to help my little girl with winter boots. Thank you again for all your hardwork and help.
