They did everything they could to to try and help us out over the phone. The call easily took 45 minutes. They were not able to solve the issue, however they pointed us in the right direction and did not charge us anything at all. We will be using them for all our tech needs in the future.

These guys are dependable. Had my PC die last night, they took it in and lucky for me it was just a shot power supply. Had me back up and running in an hour. 30 mins of labour and the cost of a new power supply and I'm back! Thank you!!!!

Never been to this store so I always always read the negative reviews as I've been scammed and cheated by many businesses including big banks , lawyers doctors that the negative comments often dictate as a warning , who's gonna make up bad service , it's the positive ones I don't rely on for guidance ..There's plenty of bad service on every street corner finding a good owner business is rare at best of times .Beware , there are ways to punish bad businesses , not only in small claims .

Before going to Computer Sense, I really thought that my desktop pc was done for. It was roughly a decade old and after upgrading it from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, I experienced a massive lag of over 6 minutes on bootup, then finally no bootup at all (only the fan would work). Couldn't get into the boot-up menu, my keyboard never lit up, and my screens didn't recognize my pc as being on".I thought for sure that the newer operating system didn't agree with my older hard drive
