Recently made the complete switch to RB after finally getting fed up with the rude and poor service at Canadian Tire Uxbridge.Gord at Ron Brown is a real gem. He've very considerate, patient, and honest. I especially appreciate his attention to detail. Recently got truck tires mounted and he cleaned up not just the lip of my rims but the mounting surface. He also executed my specific instructions and request. I've never had that level of care and detail at the big boxes who are more interested in making money, upselling, and doing the minimum work possible.Support the small independent shops, it's well worth it. #ilovesmalltowns #greatservice

This team of Gord & Bob are so so great. Patient with me, in such a way I am very Grateful / Thankful. Gord fixed up my SUV (Mitsubishi Endeavor, 2010) 's Brakes last week. Turns out the brakes were 'shot'...fully worn out! Woops! So glad I made it in just in time. Whew.It was such a hefty cost (for the parts: which is out of their control by the auto repair shop) so I made a partial payment of what I could, and will be heading back ASAP to complete the rest of my payment. My parents both enjoy getting aid from this auto repair shop as well. As it all began when they bought my mom's used Jeep Patriot from this place.

I couldn't be happier with the level of service I receive from this place. Gord is incredibly kind and honest. I was accidentally quoted a much higher number for a part by his employee, but they adjusted the price when it was a lower price when it arrived to the shop. I had already agreed to the higher price, and wouldn't have known the difference. When I told him I was impressed, he said it wouldn't serve me very well if I was dishonest
