This was my first time dealing with Eli, I had heard a lot of good things about him and Luxury Auto. I was looking for a specific unique Mercedes and Eli had it! He was attentive, personable, professional, I can go on and on. I can 100% say Eli and Luxury Auto is the only place to buy your next vehicle!

Well, where can I start from dealing with Eli at Luxury Auto Imports? Eli is very professional in dealing with his customers. He'll provide you with all relevant options ranging from fiancing your car to recommending well known mechanic shop in town. This is my third cars I have purchased from Eli in the last 7 years. In all 3 purchases, the experience is the same cordially, friendly and awesomely treatments. He would go out of his ways to make his customers happy with their new purchases. Little gossip story, after my recent purchase from Eli, my car fuel sensor issues and he took care replacing the damged sensor with new one and even paid for fixing it. I was going out of town and i asked my wife to dropped off the car with the mechanic shop. Eli volunteered to bring the car back to my place and even had to park the car in our apartment basement parkade. He's extra ordinary customer-oriented individual and aboveall he's also very reiiable. I can go on and on. Thank you, Eli.

He runs a professional business with carefully chosen cars in great shape and the showroom and lot are kept very clean and well organized. You can tell there is a lot of pride in how this business is run. I found Elie to be fair, honest, easy to work with and there was no pressure put on me to buy. He knows a lot about his cars, is forthcoming with information and upfront with the price of the car---no hidden fees. The car that you want may not be here, but it is worth looking at what there is on the lot and they may be able to get the car that you want. Recently bought a 2018 BMW X1 over the winter.I had dealt with Elie and to be honest he runs a very professional business with carefully chosen cars that are in great shape and not run down or beaten. The showroom and lot are kept very clean and well organized.Personally I found Elie to be a very fair, honest, easy to work with individual. Compared to other dealerships that I have done business with, there was no pressure put on me to buy from him which was quite nice.Definitely will be coming back to this place in the future when its time for another vehicle.
