We were looking to get a couple of vents installed and called around to get an estimate. Renato was the only one who actually went on site to give us an accurate estimate. Everyone else gave us an estimated range as they were simply basing it on Google Earth images. Renato was very responsive and flexible. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for roofing services.

I had a great experience with Renato. From the care he put into the consultation with me last Fall, to his communication throughout the process, and his follow up afterwards - I never felt in the dark.The work was done very efficiently and with a lot of effort put into leaving the space (and neighbors' spaces) clean. A number of neighbors commented on this too. Also Renato double checked that I wanted the shingle color I had chosen and offered no-pressure advice, and I am very glad he did so - the color he suggested is a way better fit for our house.Finally, there were a couple of things that needed to be addressed after the job (and notably, after I had paid) and Renato was very fast in his responses and apologetic, and did much of the follow-up work himself. I know things happen in any big job, and the way that a business responds is what sets them apart. Renato gave me the kind of response that makes me confident to recommend him to others without hesitation.

Attention Hamilton/Niagara regions! If you’re looking for a honest/hard working roofer. You’re looking at the right guy. I had a major leak problem through my ceiling w/ the shingles peeling off and my roof pry wood is rotten. Renato and his team came over and showed professionalism and spread their knowledge of roof maintenance and other household repairs. Renato and his team has gone above and beyond my expectations. Before deciding to go with Pro Roofing, I had received many quotes for my roof. I didn’t feel super great about any of them, until I met with Renato. He was literally one of two companies who actually came, got out a ladder and climbed on top to check out my roof. None of this google earth quote BS that all the other companies seemed to do. He really took the time and I could tell. He was *the only* one who actually had a consultative approach, discussing with me what my options were vs “here’s a quote for your whole roof” and then leaving.To speak about the actual work, Renato and his team arrived on time and got to work right away. They were diligent and thorough, taking care to address every issue they found and ensuring that my roof was in top condition when they were done. They worked quickly and efficiently, but never rushed the job or cut corners. Pro Roofing did a great job on our roof. They stripped and re-shingled our whole house and garage. The work was done on time and provided good value. They cleaned up well and left the property in great shape when they were done. Highly recommend them.

Is this real?My duplex had a leaky roofI called Pro Roofing Services. Renato right away sends over a squad to climb up and inspect. Right away they figured out the problem which was a small patch of tiles. Renato then offered an awesome price, and promptly fixed the issue. Next rainfall no more leaks.
