The people are nice but the lumber is terrible. 75% of everything shouldn't be going into a house. Literally 75%. SMH

I fondly remember working w/ Double R Building Products roughly 6 years ago when selecting the doors (exterior/ interior) for our new home. At the time, the sales associate was enjoyable/ easy to work with, and made the process fun. Flash forward to this year (pre- COVID19), and we were having major issues with the hardware on one of the exterior doors. I thought it may be worth a shot to reach out to Double R regarding any potential support (totally would understand if they told me to pound sand, lol). Not only did they promptly reply, and take care of us by offering a replacement door handle, but a representative for the company, Wayne (I believe that he is a manager, or should be, lol) drove out to our home and took care of installing the new hardware, which is working perfectly. Wayne was professional, courteous & a pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing your building product through Double R Building- you won't regret it.

Was directed to these guys by our builder. They were extremely helpful and the products they supplied suited our choices well. Price wasn't the cheapest for some stuff but by no means were they overpriced.On the whole, good experience.
