最近找Campbell Travel 報名旅遊團,也是第一次找金寶旅遊,沒想到其服務態度非常差, 以後絕對不會再找這家旅行社.

Have had a few Japan trips & Taiwan trip with Isabella and truly enjoy all of them.

Pretty good service for my first solo trip. The agent was helpful and provided useful insight. The resulting trip was amazing

Friendly and efficient

Very very thankful for Isabella, who helped us bring our dog back home.8 hours before the flight, we found out our airline didn't know we were bringing a dog on the plane due to some misunderstandings, but this woman was kind enough to arrange everything even though both the travel agency and airline were past their hours of operation. She truly went over and beyond to help us out. We don't know what we would've done without her.

I've never actually been here and I don't know why Google thinks I have... I'm sure it's a lovely place but you'll have to find that out for yourself.

Thanks Isabella for her excellent, professional, efficient and helpful service to me. I am one of those people who wants to travel back to Hong Kong right away after the travel restrictions are lifted. Heard from the news that people won’t be able to find a hotel until in June, but she works magic! My target departure date is end April and she makes it happen! She also find me a decent hotel with my preferred location and reasonably priced. She had even help me select the best possible seats in the flight, and will help to arrange for me to do the Covid test before departure. If you want to have a hassle free experience like me going back to Hong Kong these days, call Isabella! She is the best!
