We were visiting the city and stopped for supper. We didn't know what to expect, and it was spectacular. The small menu does lead to great cooking. I had the maple bacon chicken, and I would try to make this myself at home. The sauce was that good. It was one of the best things I've eaten in some time. Well done! We will be back when in the area again.

Huge portions, great pricing, superb flavour and presentation and a super friendly and cosy atmosphere made for a perfect dinner out. Would 100% return to try a different dish. We had the calamari:it was cooked to perfection, the coating was amazing, also had the nachos: my favorite thick fried chips, with a delicious gr beef, cheese, cherry tomato and sour cream topping, the wife had the orchard salad (freakin' amazing) with a side of perch and I had the perch and pickerel with fries special. The fish was awesome, lightly floured and deep fried to perfection. Super friendly, attentive but not intrusive, efficient staff, our food was out fast and piping hot.

We love the Main! Food is exquisite, atmosphere is amazing. Customer service is phenomenal. We only have one daughter (9 years ) and we try to take her to as many places as possible. They absolutely let us make a customized plate for her on their new years eve menu. She loved the food at the Main too. We would recommend this fabulous restaurant to anyone!

We celebrated my father-in-law’s 89th birthday at The Main Grill tonight. The food was delicious. There were six of us. Three in our party had the perch, one the salmon, one the maple bacon chicken and one a chicken sandwich. Everyone loved their meal. Our server was excellent. We were allowed to bring in our own birthday cake. Our server kept it in their fridge for us and brought it to the table with candles when our meal was done without being asked. We all had a wonderful experience and will recommend and return to this awesome restaurant.

The Erie perch is awesome. Just enough coating to fry up perfectly light and crispy served with a mustard aioli. Pasta is good option as well with a nicely garlicky cream sauce.

Used to have the best nachos in town but please consider removing the cherry tomatoes or changing to a different kind. Those are the only gross part.

We enjoyed the Nachos.. not to large but superb., One of the best we have ever tried. We also had the Lake Erie Perch dinner with Fries, aiole and creamy coleslaw.The staff are pleasant and the ambience in the dinning room is superb, made for a great evening out. Excellent food moderately priced.

Had a meal that came with Calamari that wasn’t cooked properly and batter was falling off, didn’t eat it and no refund, also had wings that was told where big in size and worth the price, sorry not at all worth the money. Perch was only thing that had no complaints other than coleslaw was put into a 3 ounce container, it’s coleslaw why so cheap.$80 and still hungry. Sorry last time.
