If zero stars was an option I would choose it. She was nice in the beginning but ended up not having what she said she would. Okay fine. Our party was 1-4 and she was to come after 5. She showed up at 4:10. And LITERALLY told people they had to leave and she took the linens from under them. We told her she needed to wait until we cleared tables and took it upon herself to CLEAR OUR FOOD. Like I get you’re in a rush. But 1. It’s not over the time. 2. Don’t touch things that don’t belong to you.Never. Ever. Ever would I recommend this company.

Well, I don't even know where to begin. If 0 stars were an option, I would rate this company just that. I was referred to this lady by my sister. At the beginning, she was pleasent, easy to work with. I met with her late February 2022, with the Matron of Honour, to find linen for my sisters bridal shower. Everything we had picked was in stock and we were thrilled. We ended up giving a $400 deposit in March 2022 and final payment was due 2 weeks before. The week before the shower, I was told the linen we wanted was not in stock. Only white and if we wanted a smaller size than it would be in the colour we wanted. At this point I was annoyed as why was the linen being ordered now. I had to chase the lady to get an answer on what linen was ordered. Wednesday came around and I was notified that Ivory was available but smaller sized than we had hoped for. However, we wanted the Ivory over the White. Sunday, June 12th 2022, the day of my sisters Bridal Shower; the lady came and set up. Great! The day was here and everyone was super excited. The wedding party was busy setting everything up, when we noticed that the Ivory linen and navy blue napkins did not match. They were stained, dirty and l different shades/material. Linens were just placed on tables, lop sided, uneven, like it was rushed. The wedding party and I, went around fixing all this. The bridal shower was from 1pm to 4pm which was said. CLEANUP was from 430 to 530, because as a portuguese family, we all like to have dessert, coffee and tea and have a great time together. I knew that 30 minutes was needed for us to just breathe and relax before we had to clean up. The lady and a man came in at 403 and started ripping sashes off of chairs, even chairs our guests were sitting at and taking chair covers from under those guests who WERE STILL SITTING THERE. She was moving dessert plates from people who were eating to get the linen off those tables, trying to lift LIT candleabras that weighed 25-30 pounds, almost dropping two, to get linen. We asked her to not touch anything. Let us move everything for you so it is easy sailing removing the linen. Our bridal party even helped bring them linen. The guest that were at the tables sitting, ended up upset that they were rushed out by this lady and man. They ended up leaving at 432pm. 29 minutes, they caused so much hassel and ruined the end of the event. I contacted the lady after the event was finished, and stated we were not happy with this behaviour and unpleasent experience from them. She kept arguing back, and refused to give up money back for their inconvenience and their lack of respect for an event that was going on. My messages have been ignored. So, here I leave this review. Please, to save yourselves the headache, find a different linen company. Someone with the basic knowledge of people skills, communication and most importantly, respect. Thanks.
