My experience with Culligan has been incredibly positive. The couple people I interacted with were very knowledgeable and polite, and were easy to talk to. No pressure or stress. I would recommend anybody to use Culligan Woodstock over any competitor.

We are renting a Culligan water softener. The installation process was smooth and easy, the equipment has been working well, and the staff have been very helpful. We've tried lease-to-own before but will stick with the monthly rental as it is simple and straightforward. We would recommend using Culligan for water treatment needs.

I appreciate the excellent customer service I receive, especially conversing with Allison about my water softener salt delivery needs. She has been so kind, and is very quick to respond.As well, each and every delivery person, has been cheerful and kind. Considering they are hauling very heavy bags of salt all day, they do so with utmost professionalism and courtesy.

Great experience so far. Rosalind from head office was amazing. She provided the best customer service we have had. She went above and beyond to get us started with Culligan. Delivery driver was fantastic too. I definitely recommend
