Good company great service very friendly and helpful

My daughter uses our Lenovo Yoga X1 for virtual school and the microphone stopped working. I didn't want to ship it back to Lenovo for their warranty service so I searched locally for an authorized service center. I called a few places and Mini-Micro gave me clear advice on their process and how long approximately it would take so I chose them. The process was quick from ordering the part to completion (Only took 2 business days to fix after the part arrived). This was very important as my daughter's alternative for school was a tablet which we all know are not ideal for virtual school. Great service and will recommend to anyone!
