I had a really great experience all the way from the initial quoting to the final installation. The store kept me updated on the status of my order and was very quick to schedule installation once everything was manufactured. The person who came to do the installation did a great job and gave me tips for taking care of my new window covering. Thanks very much for the excellent service.

We recently purchased eight blinds from Blinds to Go. It was positive experience dealing with everyone with whom we interacted - from the Design Coordinator, Gosia to the person who came to take the necessary measurements (I’m sorry I can’t recall his name) to the installer, Bernard. Bernard was professional and he did an excellent job installing all of our blinds. I highly recommend Blinds to Go.

Amazing customer service! I was walked through all my options in a friendly and patient manner. The sales representative took the time to explain what would be best for my needs. The price points are incredible and my blinds were custom made in 2 days! Would definitely recommend!

I had always wanted shutters for my apartment and Blinds To Go made it a reality for me in a positive way. Gosia was my helpful sales rep who guided me through the initial selection & design process. Once confirmed, the order was sent, made ready and delivered on time. The installing team of Lee and his assistant were proficient and made sure I was happy with the finished work. I honestly couldn't be more pleased with the quality, value and service from this long-standing business.

Blinds To Go
My roller shade turned out perfectly for my bathroom. The ordering process was quick and easy, and I'm extremely happy with the result. It took less than five minutes to install. My only complaint is that there were no instructions included for how to install the mounting brackets, and the instructions I could find on their website were for older versions of the brackets. I had correctly guessed which direction they should be installed, but wanted to be sure before I started drilling holes. I called the store the next morning and got clarification and it was very easy from there.

The service we received at the Blinds To Go store on St. Laurent Blvd in Ottawa was superb. Mellisa, the interim manager, guided us through the design process with the greatest care. Her approach to our window was thoughtful and thorough and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Our measurements were checked by their installer and coordinating the installation was seamless. The same person who did the measurements installed our blind in minutes and the result is a beautiful window. Thank you Blinds To Go and Mellisa.
